As we explained initially, when you opt in to the Drive Safe & Save mileage program, you need to set it up on your end within 45 days, otherwise, the discount is removed, and your policy increased. We sent you multiple text messages and emails reminding you to complete the set up to keep your discount. We also mailed you notices of the removal of the discount before it occurred to give you a last chance to complete the set up. This is the standard procedure company-wide regarding the Drive Safe & Save program and can also be found on our website. Ivy was offering you assistance, and you hung up on her. You can re join the program and get the discount again so your payment goes back to your original quote. You are welcome to call the office and we can help you set up. -Karen Lima"
